• Rescheduling: Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice by contacting 0407 110 132. 

• Cancellations: If cancelled within 24 hours, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds apply to missed or same-day cancellations. 

• Punctuality: Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect following clients’ bookings. 

• Nature of Service: All readings are offered in good faith for guidance and insight only. They are not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. 

• Confidentiality: Your personal information and reading content remain strictly confidential. 

• Client Responsibility: Please ensure you are in a quiet, undisturbed space and approach the session with an open and respectful mindset.
