My work is centred around Reiki and crystal healing. I work gently with energy to support balance, grounding, and deep rest. Sessions aren’t about fixing you or telling you what to do. They’re about creating a calm, safe space where your body and energy can soften and reset in their own time.
People often come to me when they’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally heavy, disconnected, or simply in need of a pause. My role is to hold space, work with energy, and support your natural ability to rebalance. Each session is intuitive, respectful, and unhurried. You don’t need to know anything beforehand or believe in anything specific. Just come as you are.
